Policy
We provide very specific instructions and times of the events each day and remain adherent to the time specified on the itinerary. In the event you are not ready for transportation pick up or any other activities at the appointed time, please note that the group will leave without you; therefore we highly recommend you are ready at the time of each scheduled activity.
Refund Policy
- All payments to Travel By Lancie, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Travel by Lancie, LLC has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, cruise lines as well as other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This is the only way we can keep our package prices competitive and afford you the opportunity to make monthly payments on your vacation and guarantee our low group rates.
- However, you can cover the full cost of your trip by purchasing travel insurance. This would protect your investment from missed flights, medical emergencies or cancellations. In order to take full advantage of travel protection, it must be purchased within 14-21 days of your deposit.
